UK Orders

We despatch orders received by 12.00 midday free of charge on the same day by First Class Royal Mail which should arrive next day if the Royal Mail is operating at 100%. In practice we despatch many orders up to 2.00pm of the day of receipt. Please email us if you have a special request.

We also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery which costs £5.50 (NB: Orders placed after 12.00 pm on a Friday or at the weekend will only be despatched the next working day).

Worldwide Orders

We despatch orders received by 12.00 midday free of charge on the same day by International Airmail from the UK. This service varies from destination to destination and deliveries to the USA and Canada usually arrive 5-7 days after despatch.

We also offer an International Airsure Service which is a Priority Mail Service and costs $12.80/€8.80/£8.00. Deliveries to the USA and Canada usually take between 3-5 days.
